Trying to remove tie downs not working

I just recently installed the B222 on XP11, and when I try to remove the secure option i only hear the click on the option and nothing happens.
On the XP12 version it is working fine.
Is there any issue with any plugin that could cause this?

Should all be working fine. Are you using a Mac or PC?
