This looks like it uses FaceTrackNoIR, which in my experience struggles to track a face with a beard &/or glasses. At the price they’re asking I wonder if they’ve overcome this issue?
FaceTrackNoIR doesn’t use IR. This does. I would assume that helps with getting more details from faces but I’d have to test it. Unfortunately I don’t have access to a unit yet.
