Cowan Bell L-3 for X Plane won’t load

Hi all. Last week I purchased the B L3 and every time I try to load it, I get an error message (image appended).
Can anyone help me out here? I wrote to Cowan but no response yet, they may be very busy these days with the sim expo.

Load the sim and the vehicle. Activate it after such message pops and restart the sim. Load the vehicle again and ready to go.
